Our commitment is to deliver these final images to you by the communicated deadline, provided all necessary assets and information are received from you in a timely manner.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the digital and custom nature of our service, we have a strict no-refund policy for completed work that has been delivered and meets the quality standards promised. However, refunds are considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the final edited images as specified in your service package by the agreed-upon deadline, and the delay is not due to missing information or assets from your side, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Major Quality Failure: If the delivered work objectively and significantly fails to meet the professional quality standards explicitly promised on our website and in your service agreement, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Minor subjective preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the background color as much as I thought I would”) do not constitute a major quality failure.
4. What is NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply because you have changed your mind, no longer need the service, or found a different provider.
